- Update parent version from 18 to 21 for release to central portal - Fix assembly descriptor dependency patterns for maven-assembly-plugin 3.6.0 compatibility by updating from *:tar.gz:classifier:* to *:*:tar.gz:classifier:* format (groupId:artifactId:type:classifier:version) - Remove obsolete fileSet from data.xml that referenced non-existent target/var/lib/indy/data directory This resolves the "archive cannot be empty" build error with parent version 21. The release perform failed for 3.5.1. It seems the old pom still release to old sonatype stage. Update it to 21.
