Concerning new features introduced in two recent *patch* releases (instead of releasing *minor* releases)

I noticed some new features are added in v3.3.1 and v3.1.2 patch releases.
According to the Semantic Versioning adding a feature is classified as a minor release, not a patch.
To avoid a similar problem in future I suggest the release process page is updated.
