🟢 Summary
We are making extensive use of GitBook for our documentation and currently manage more than 58 published sites, with the number steadily growing each week. As our documentation library continues to scale, we’ve noticed that the current “Docs sites” management view is becoming increasingly difficult to use efficiently in a professional, day-to-day workflow.

With the growing number of sites, the current UI presents some usability challenges that impact our daily work:

This is primarily an internal organization use case. For a team and documentation landscape growing at our pace, having a well-structured and intuitive management view is key to staying efficient and organized.
