Shouldn't noinlineerr be disabled by default?

Hi everyone, I suggest to disable the noinlineerr linter by default (but still keeping it for who wants to use it).
My reasons to suggest this change are due to:

1. Code being broken by the linter, when the fix flag is set
2. The linter is based on stylistic preferences from the developer and does not reflect a general consensus on error handling

noinlineerr is disabled by default.

default: all is not the "default" (which is default: standard).

When you are using default: all, you must choose the linters you want to disable.
